Scanmaskin have a wide range of floor grinders for all types of work. We offer you grinders from small to big grinding project. As always, we want it to be easy for the operator to use our grinding machines, therefore have we put the end user in main focus when developing our machines. The environment is an important question for us at Scanmaskin, so we always strive to have a low impact on the environment in everything we do. Therefore, we have chosen to create our grinding machines in high quality where 94% of our machines is recyclable. To take care of our environment, we have also chosen to use Swedish suppliers for the high quality.

The ScanCombiflex 800 (SC 800) is a robust and stable machine made of steel, designed for high productivity in large areas. The SC 800 offers 800 mm (32in) of grinding power combined with 380 kg (838 lbs.) of weight, making it the perfect machine for commercial applications were you need a high capacity grinding. SC 800 is equipped with our patented drive system, which gives the machine a stable and smooth grinding process.
The SC 800 has three grinding heads, which spin in a counter-rotating configuration for increased efficiency and smooth operation. This allows the machine to grind or polish at higher speeds, while at the same time minimizing side torque and stress on the operator. The stable balance in the machine also reduces vibrations for the operator, and enables the machine to produce consistent results with minimal effort. The SC 800 also comes with a water connection so you can use it for wet grinding as well.
The ScanCombiflex 650 (SC 650) is a robust and stable machine made of steel, designed for both residential and commercial applications with its 650 mm / 25.6” grinding width. The SC 650 uses a patented planetary system to drive its three heads drum, which are powered by a double-sided cog belt and gear ring. This design helps reduce the amount of stress and torque on the operator.
The SC 650 features industrial grade components and is designed for durability and simple maintenance. This model can also be used for wet grinding with the included water connection valve (pressurized water hose required).

ScanCombiflex 500 PD (SC 500 PD) comes with a built-in water tank for wet grinding. This takes away the problem with external water supply. It is an efficient and strong machine for use when grinding concrete, stone and terrazzo. You can also use it for renovating, removing coatings and remove impurities from the surface.
For the SC500 PD there is a large variety of grind-, polish-, scratch tools and sandpapers for different surfaces and conditions.
The SC 500 PD features 100% steel construction, along with our patented flex head system for reduced vibration and smooth operation on rough surfaces. This construction gives a reliable machine with minimal maintenance. As standard, the SC 500 PD is equipped with adjustable speed, this makes the machine work very well on all types of surfaces, such as concrete, stone and terrazzo.

The ScanCombiflex 500i (SC 500i) is a highly effective and powerful machine despite its compact size. This single speed planetary machine is very reliable and simple to use. It is robust and works well for surface preparation work, such as rough grinding and coating removal.
There’s a large selection of tooling that can be used on the machine, including everything from PCD scrappers to polishing resins. The ScanOn attachment system makes it quick and easy to change tooling. The SC 500i features 100% steel construction, along with our patented flex head system for reduced vibration and smooth operation on rough surfaces. The result is a reliable machine with minimal maintenance requirements.
An optional 22.5 kg / 50 lb weight is also available and recommended as it increases productivity in most cases.

The ScanCombiflex 450 (SC 450) is a floor grinder which combines a small footprint with high productivity. It’s similar to the Scanmaskin 18, but does not have variable speed or multi direction grinding heads. It is a versatile grinder for both aggressive and fine grinding of concrete and natural stone surfaces, and also very effective in removing thin coatings such as paint and dried carpet residues.
The SC 450 is a flexible and easy to use grinding machine, perfect for the rental market and smaller sized jobs with space constraints. This grinder is light yet durable, being constructed almost 100% from steel. The spring-steel flex heads reduces vibrations, and allows the machine to grind rough surfaces with minimal effort for the operator.

The ScanCombiflex 330 (SC-330) is a powerful and easy to use machine, and is one of the most versatile machines on the market. The 330 mm / 13 inch single grinding disc is effective for grinding smaller areas, edging long stretches of the floor, lite coating removal and surface prep. A simple and quick adjustment allows the operator to change the configuration of the SC-330 from a small grinder into an edger, with the entire process taking less than one minute.
The 330 mm / 13 inch disc on the SC-330 can be configured with 3, 6, or 9 of our metal,
ceramic, or resin bond diamond tools. This allows the machine to cut more aggressively when necessary, or grind softer surfaces by spreading out the weight and using more tools. For smooth and simple transport, the SC-330 can easily be separated into two parts, each weighing well under 100 lbs.
The ScanCombiflex 330 is available in several different power configurations, along as single and variable speed (RS – regulated speed)

The Scanmaskin 18 is designed to grind and sand different types of wood and concrete surfaces. This includes painted and damaged or old wood flooring along with new installations. The Scanmaskin 18 is a great solution for grinding both plank flooring and parquet floors.
Thanks to its size, the Scanmaskin 18 is a very smooth machine that you can easily get close to the wall. It is also equipped with adjustable speed so you can adjust your speed depending on the surface and tooling being used. Adjustable speed is important to have when sanding wooden floors or grinding and polishing concrete.
There’s a large selection of tooling that can be used on the machine, mounted with either velcro holders or our custom ScanOn attachment. The ScanOn attachment system makes it quick and easy to change tooling. For smooth and simple transport, the Scanmaskin 18 separates into two compact pieces that can be loaded into a large car trunk.

ScanDust 8000 is one of our latest additions among Industrial Vacuum Cleaners. This is our most powerful vacuum cleaner and it fits our major machines, Scanmaskin 650 and upwards. Due to the machine’s design and filter area, the suction capacity is very good.ScanDust 8000 is safe and easy to operate. The machine is equipped with automatic phase shift, which always starts in the right direction.
This Industrial vacuum cleaner uses the Jet-Pulse cleaning system that pulses the filters to keep them clean. The machine is also equipped with Hepa filter (H13 filter) which take care of harmful silica particles. The dust collector Scan Dust 2900 (SD 2900) is a great option for all of our smaller grinders; Scanmaskin 18 up to SC500 PD. SD 2900 is a versatile and efficient dust collector, known for its high reliability and performance The cylindrical design functions as a pre-separator, causing heavy particulate to separate from the fine dust. This allows the heavy particles to immediately drop into the bottom of the cyclone, bypassing the filters completely, which increasing filter life and suction performance.
The SD 2900 is equipped with the efficient Jet-Pulse system that pulses the filters in order to keep them clean. The SD 2900 uses sock filters, which can easily be washed in order to prolong filter life. There is also a main filter option; a traditional cartridge filter that could be better when e.g. working on hardwood floors. The main filter cassette can easily be changed to fit the cartridge filters. In addition the SD 2900 is equipped with two HEPA 13 filters that takes care of insanitary particles

For smoother transport and storage the SD2900 is equipped with gas springs that makes it easy to adjust the height of the machine to minimize its size.
ScanDust Pre-separator 6000 is a great addition to ScanDust 8000 to achieve an optimal result. ScanDust Separator 6000 separates up to 90% of the dust particles. This means that the filters in ScanDust 8000 does not need to be cleaned as often and even gets a longer life. Additionally, air flow is kept higher for a long time. ScanDust pre-separator 6000 is supplied with a 3 m long hose for connecting to industrial vacuum cleaner.
Here you will find smooth Power trowel machines that is easy-to-use for different types of floor coverings. Depending on the type of work we can offer two types of Power trowel machines. One battery power trowel and one electric power trowel. The battery power trowel comes with a battery bag that you berry on your back when using the machine. With the electric power trowel, you connect with a power outlet. The trowels uses on epoxy-based coating, that gives you an even and nice surface.
The both power trowel machines uses together with blade alternatives for different application. For example, the grey plastic blade is made to be used when you scatter the surface with sand and smoothen the surface. You can also use blade alternatives that are compact blades (made of steel), which gives the same results that the grey plastic blade, but it is a faster method for your floor coating. The white flex and STD blades can you use together with a screed box where the sand have spread. The Stone Carpet Blades is made to be used on “stone carpet floors”, with stones in the size of 2-3mm, 3-4mm and 4-6mm.

Blade Options
We have different blades for different applications for both the electric power trowel and the battery power trowel.
Grey Plastic: Made to e used on floor there you scatter the sand into the surface of a slurry and then trowel the surface to a smooth and nice surface.
Compact blades (made in steel): Made to be used on floor where you scatter the sand into the surface of a slurry and then trowel the surface to a smooth and nice surface. Steel blades are faster than plastic, but the noise from the blades is higher and there is a risk that you will get thin “trowel-roses” in the surface when the floor is ready.
White flex: Made to be used on when you mix the sand and epoxy to a mortal and bring the coating on the floor with a screedbox. Works also very well on scatter-system if you put a compact blade in steel behind each White flex.
STD-blades: Made to be used on when you mix the sand and epoxy to a mortal and bring the coating on the floor with a screed box.
Stone Carpet Blades: Made to be used on “stonecarpet floors”, floors with stones in the size of 2-3 mm, 3-4 mm and 4-6 mm.
Ferox is our range of concrete Scarifier. Whether you are looking for a scarifier who is going to accomplish a large area or only perform a small job, you will find a suitable machine here. The scarifier have a working width from 195 mm for the smaller works to the bigger work with a width of 320mm, which gives you effective for you in your choice of work. With Forex conrete scarifier you can performe different types of work, for example mill of concrete surfaces, remove painted lines and remove hard coatings.
You can use the scarifiers both inside and outside. We have a wide range of different tools for our Ferox concrete scarifiers. Thanks to the well-developed design it makes it easy to change tools on the scarifier, with a change under 5 minutes.
Ferox 320 is a very powerful machine designed for the hardest applications and floors. Ferox 320 is designed to remove concrete, asphalt, coatings and road markings. The motor on the Ferox 320 is positioned directly above cutting drum, for maximum head pressure. The machine has an ergonomic design, with vibration dampening handle bar and control panel for operators’ comfort and safety.
Various options of tooling are available for removal of numerous substrates and coverings. By using the 300 mm variable diamond drum blades it allows for cutting depth of 20 mm in a single pass. The Milling cutter drum and Carbide tipped cutter is also available for scarifying. The machine features frame protection, as well as robust maintenance free bearings ensuring extended service life. For a dust free operation, you can connect a dust collector to the 70 mm dust port. The machine has an optional water injection system to reduce airborne dust when not using a dust collector. The Ferox 320 comes in two performance; hydraulic cutter and hydraulic saw.

The aggressive Ferox 250 has a drum diameter of 180 mm and a cutting diameter of 57 mm. When using the Ferox 250 you have to maneuver the machine in front of you. The Ferox 250 SP is equipped with a wheel drive and adjustable speed. This provides a smooth operation when using the machine.
Ferox 250 SP can be used for the milling of concrete, asphalt, coatings, road markings, and renovations of bridges. The ”Cutter drum”, is designed for scarifying and the ”Milling cutter drum” is designed for removing of road markings or other surfaces.

The Scanmaskin Burnisher is a powerful and efficient propane floor burnisher, featuring a heavy duty steel frame and standard 27” pad driver. This unit is well suited for both medium and large commercial jobs, and can burnish up to 34,000 sq ft per hour.
The Burnisher also offers a quick change system that allows the operator to change the pad driver size to a width of 24” or even 21”, creating more versatility (optional kit). The entire pad driver can also be removed quickly from the machine using a special locking pin, without the need for any hand tools.
With the newly designed Lehr propane fuel system, the Burnisher will automatically adjust to varying loads and does not require any manual tuning or adjustments. This unit also features dual engagement handles for easy access, and a propane emissions safety shutoff system. The WS model is available with or without a 6 gallon water tank.
